Strategy Level[]
A strategy's level can increase that strategy's advantages. You can increase a strategies level through training. Level 2 occurs at 10 points. After that, the number of points is needed is 5 times as much as the previous level (Level 3= 50 points, Level 4= 250 points, Level 5= 1250 points, etc.)
